K10 FITNESS POLICIES

  • Payments must be made to K10 Fitness or Katie Erway BEFORE sessions can be redeemed.

  • Payments for single session must be made in advance.

  • Payments for packages must be paid in full to receive the package discount.

  • Payments must be made by

    • Cash

    • Check-made payable to K10Fitness

    • Apple Pay

    • Venmo (@Katie-Erway)

    • Onpodio.com

  • K10 Fitness will accept credit card payments 3% of the total charge added for processing.

  • All sessions are approximately 30 minutes for half OR 50 minutes for full.

  • All group classes at approximately 45 minutes.

  • All participants must complete a Liability & Release Waiver Form before attendance at class will be allowed or training will commence.

  • If participating in Virtual Classes or On Demand classes a waiver must be completed before participation. If no waiver is completed but class is taken you will automatically agree that Katie Randazzo Erway &/or K10 Fitness Inc. waives all responsibility.

  • When participating in Live Virtual classes participants must not join any later than 5 minutes after class has started and must stay muted until after class has ended or an additional session will be charged.

  • No refunds will be given for sessions or prepaid packages for any reason.

  • Unused sessions or classes will expire 3mos, 6mos or 12mos from the date of purchase (depending on package purchased).

  • Session scheduling can be set up over email at Katie@K10Fitness.com or phone/text message at 231.631.7450.

  • All policies apply to Private, Semi Private, Small Group Training, Challenges & Courses.


Cancellation Policy

I value my business and your time, and thank you in advance for your cooperation with my cancellation policy. I appreciate you respecting my scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible. If you do need to make a change to your appointment, please inform me immediately. 

I have reserved this time exclusively for your session, and need time to fill your session slot with another appointment or reschedule childcare. 

K10 Fitness requires a minimum of 24 hours cancellation/rescheduling notice for all sessions and 12 hours cancellation for Small Group (TRX or Park) Classes.  Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of session from the prepaid session package or the next package purchased.

*When you purchase your sessions and schedule your appointments or commit to a class with K10 Fitness, you are agreeing to these policies.*

Inclement Weather Policy

K10 Fitness' standard policy is that appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice incur loss of session; however, during the winter months, I make an exception to that rule.  If Grand Traverse County is under a winter weather advisory/warning and you believe that it would be unsafe or impossible for you to travel to your appointment, you may reschedule within the 24-hour window, up to 4 hours before your session at no loss. If a cancellation occurs with less than 4 hours notice a session will still be deducted from the prepaid session package or the next package purchased.

Online sessions are available to take the place of an in person session if the weather is too bad to safely arrive at the session.

*Additionally, in the event of inclement weather, K10 Fitness reserves the right to  cancel appointments for the day if it is unsafe for my clients or myself.
